During a consultation, Ilse will do a basic figure analysis and fit a few different wedding dresses onto the bride, in order to indicate the differences in lines, styles, textures and shades of colours, that will suite the client. At the end of a consultation, Ilse will be able to design a new wedding gown and give a more specific quote.

• Hire an existing wedding gown (R3800 - R5000)
• Buy an existing wedding gown (R6000 - R14 000)
• Have a new wedding gown made - to hire (R5500 - R12 000)
• Have a new wedding gown made - to buy (R6000 – R16 000)

The price of a wedding gown will be determined by the style of the dress, the type and amount of fabric used, as well as the type and amount of lace and bead work on the dress.

The price of a wedding dress excludes the additional services and 14%VAT

• Veils (Hiring from R100 - 480)
• Petticoats (Hiring from R200 - R450)
• Jewellery and hair accessories can be custom made to suit the clients' needs and to finish the   look properly. (This can either be hired or bought)
• Lace umbrella (For vintage look R150 - R300)
• Fur sash (For winter brides R150 - R200)
• Photographs of the dress in progress, taken by a professional photographer, during the fittings.   This will capture the interaction of the designer with the bride, creating a marvelous garment.   (Different packages available)

You have to book quite in advance for a matric farewell dress, as the brides are my primary focus. We start with the matric dresses in May already, as it must be finished by the end of August of each year. (There will be scope for minor alterations closer to the date.)
